Welcome To Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri

I am come from Malaysia, as a trainee in Marketing Department of Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri. I have good impression towards TSPM from the first time I am here. It is a good and almost perfect company that I have ever met before. The building of this company looks so nice and modern. Here had provides a lot of facilities to their employee such as mosque, packing lot, clinic, corporate, library, pantry and fitness centre. The fitness centre is located inside the building. Every Friday morning have activities gymnastics ~ Aerobic. I so enjoy to this activity.

The corporate culture is when the people meet each other, they will greet to each other. Now the culture is since like habit for me. Besides that, they always saying “Monggo” mean that “please” when meet to each other. All employees are friendly, nice and polite.

I feel so comfortable to work at the working environment. I also learn a lot of things in the practicum at the Marketing department. All marketing staffs and the manager will teach me a lot of things. They also always give kindly helpful to me when I have problem with doing my tasks in TSPM.

Besides of that, I also can learn Bahasa Indonesia and Javanese language at here. I feel so happy and enjoy working at here.

The employees in PT TSPM 99% are Muslim. Everyday, they will greet to each other. The company also has provided class about Islamic knowledge to their employee. They are freedom to attend the class. Every employee is very polite and respect to each other. Thus, the relationships among all employees are very close to each other. They feel so happy and enjoy working at this company.

Besides that, this company also has uniform culture: Monday – Green color, Tuesday – Blue color, Wednesday – Red color, Thursday – Chocolate color and Friday is freedom but must look tidy and smart. Because of TSPM has their corporate culture, all employees in this company are discipline and polite.

PT TSPM is considering than all employee are asset. Because of that, company will provide a lot of facilities to their employee such as mosque, pantry, parking lot, clinic, library, fitness centre, and corporation. Besides this, every Friday morning have Aerobic, all employees so enjoy this activity. After working hours, some employee will exercise in fitness centre. Employee not only can keep their body well but also can help them to reduce stress. The employees have healthy body, so that can provide the best quality of products to our customer.

In addition, every morning and afternoon General Affairs department will provide the drinks to all employee such as tea, milk, coffee and mineral water. The company also provides the food as lunch to all top management.

The condition of working environment is so good, all employee feel that likes working in their house. So, the employees feel so happy and comfortable to work at this company.
